Carlisle Acres is a family-run farm dedicated to producing thoughtfully raised food and handcrafted goods while sharing the simple joys of rural life.

What began with a love for animals and a desire to live more intentionally has grown into a farm centered around stewardship, quality, and community. Today, Carlisle Acres is home to our beloved KuneKune pigs, pasture-raised pork program, and a growing collection of small-batch products inspired by the rhythms of farm life.

We believe that knowing where your food comes from matters. We believe quality should never be rushed. And we believe the things we bring into our homes—from the food on our table to the products we use every day—should be made with care.

Our KuneKune pigs are raised on pasture with a focus on health, temperament, and quality. We offer pork shares and, as our program grows, additional pork products sourced directly from animals raised right here on our farm.
