Made in small batches from figs harvested here at Carlisle Acres, our Classic Fig Preserves celebrate one of our favorite traditions of the season. We gently cook ripe figs with simple ingredients to create a preserve that's rich, naturally sweet, and full of real fruit flavor.

Whether spread across warm sourdough, paired with a charcuterie board, spooned over cream cheese, or served alongside roasted pork, each jar brings a little taste of the farm to your table.

Every batch is handcrafted in our North Florida cottage kitchen and carefully canned for quality and freshness.

Serving Suggestions

Our favorite ways to enjoy Fig Elderberry Preserves.

Spoon over baked brie with toasted pecans.
Pair with smoked gouda, aged cheddar, or creamy goat cheese.

Spread on a turkey, ham, or roast pork sandwich.

Every jar is made in small batches using fruit harvested from our farm whenever available. Because we work with seasonal harvests, color, texture, and fruit size may naturally vary from batch to batch. We believe that's part of what makes handcrafted preserves special.

Farm Story

Every jar begins long before it reaches the canning pot. It begins beneath the branches of a fig tree, among ripening elderberries, and in the quiet rhythm of another North Florida harvest.
