• Approximately 70–90 pounds of take-home pork
• USDA processed and inspected
• Vacuum sealed and labeled for your freezer
• A variety of premium cuts including chops, bacon, ham, sausage, roasts, ribs, and ground pork
• Optional smoked hocks, neck bones, and lard upon request

Our pigs are slow-grown and finished with intention.

Shares are fulfilled on a rolling basis as pigs become available and processing dates are scheduled. Customers are contacted in reservation order and kept informed throughout the process.
